How To Use — Getting IV Rank From TOS Or Tastytrade

IV Rank — TOS
In TOS: open the Option Chain for the stock. Look for "IVR" or "IV Rank" in the top bar. It shows as a percentage 0–100.
IV Rank — Tastytrade
On the stock page in Tastytrade, IV Rank appears below the stock price. Also shown in the Trade tab next to implied volatility.
DTE and Delta
DTE = days to expiration of the option you're considering. Delta = the delta of the strike you're looking at. Both shown in the option chain.
